About the Role
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior SW - QA Team with East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
Role: Senior SW- QA Team
Location: County Hall, HU17 9BA
Pay Rate: £35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a programme of quality assurance reviews across social work and family help services.
Identify themes and patterns in practice to support continuous improvement.
Contribute to reporting and analysis, informing service development and policy.
Offer professional support and expert opinion in complex cases and situations.
Collaborate with colleagues across teams to maintain high standards of practice.
Requirements:
Qualified and experienced Social Worker with extensive practice knowledge.
Strong understanding of statutory frameworks and safeguarding procedures.
Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
Ability to provide professional guidance on complex and sensitive cases.

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
