Maintenance Mill Operator - Munson Lakes<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Job Title: </b>Mill Production Operator</p><p><b>Location: </b>Howard Lake, MN (Munson Lakes Nutrition)</p><p></p><p><b><i>This role will be with Munson Lakes Nutrition (MLN), a joint venture with Land O' Lakes (LOL). As such, the role will be an employee of MLN and not LOL.</i></b></p><p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p><b>Wage: </b>$26 per hour</p><p><b><span>Hours:</span> </b>6:30am – 3pm. Monday through Friday, OT as needed.</p><p></p><p>We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Mill Production Operator to support daily feed mill operations. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality animal feed while maintaining a safe, efficient, and clean work environment.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, operating equipment, and being part of a team in an agricultural setting.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Operate feed mill equipment to support daily production</p></li><li><p>Receive, handle, and stage ingredients for manufacturing</p></li><li><p>Support bagging operations, including labeling and weight checks</p></li><li><p>Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound materials</p></li><li><p>Inspect finished product to ensure quality and accuracy</p></li><li><p>Complete basic production and inventory documentation</p></li><li><p>Assist with grain handling as needed (sampling, grading, storage support)</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean and organized work environment</p></li><li><p>Follow all safety, biosecurity, and quality procedures</p></li><li><p>Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production discrepancies</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li><li><p>1–2 years of experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or a related field preferred</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment</p></li><li><p>Ability to operate or learn equipment (forklift experience is a plus)</p></li><li><p>Basic math skills (weights, measurements, counts)</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and reliability</p></li><li><p>Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly</p></li><li><p>Standing, walking, and physical work for 8–10 hour shifts</p></li><li><p>Work in conditions with dust, noise, and varying temperatures</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Join Us</b></p><ul><li><p>Stable, essential industry</p></li><li><p>Team-oriented environment</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to learn and grow within operations</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Information</b></p><ul><li><p>This role may include occasional weekend work and additional duties as needed.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>About Land O'Lakes, Inc.</b></p><p></p><p>Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
