Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers. Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolution details accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback on their service experience. Handle returns, exchanges, and other transactions in accordance with company policies. Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
