The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 support and work with small groups of pupils. Assist teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons. Support pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD and ADHD both inside and outside the classroom. Help implement positive behaviour strategies (PRICE or TeamTeach experience is desirable). Encourage pupils' academic, social and emotional development. Create a calm, supportive and inclusive learning environment. What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from candidates who have: Previous experience working in a school, alternative provision, youth work or care setting. Experience supporting children with SEN or behavioural needs. A patient, resilient and positive attitude. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
