About the Role
Senior Project Manager / Project Manager at Strategic Projects Office Who we are Strategic Projects Office is a part of Polpharma’s Group Corporate Development Team. Our role is to provide support to Senior Polpharma Executives (primarily Management Board and Supervisory Board members) in development and implementation of initiatives with significant impact on Polpharma’s performance and development Main responsibilities: Ensuring proper planning and delivery of strategic initiatives run at Polpharma (Project Manager’s role) incl.: Gathering and understanding of project requirements Development of project plan Providing business insights that improve project outcomes Communication and stakeholders’ management Coordination of inter-functional project teams Monitoring of projects implementation Project risk management Conducting business analysis Contributing to enhancement of project management capabilities across Polpharma’s organization We can offer: Leading role on strategic projects with impact on the biggest Polish pharmaceutical company Hybrid model work High degree of independence in organization of own work Extensive benefit package (e.g.: company car, meal subsidies, additional holidays day, pension plan, private medical care, MultiSport membership, group life insurance) Expectations towards Candidates: Must have: At least 3 years of experience in well established consulting companies (BIG4, strategic consulting) Must have: At least 5 years experience in project management roles (projects focused on strategic and business management issued) Strong consulting skillset: effectively structuring and presenting complex ideas, strategic thinking, excellent numerical skills Experience / understanding of pharmaceutical industry is an advantage Ability to plan and deliver complex projects / programs Ability to cooperate with colleagues at all levels of organization and with external counterparts Developed business acumen – being able to quickly learn, understand and discuss issue related to strategic, operational and people related aspects of business operations Must have: Fluency in Polish and English Drodzy Kandydaci i Kandydatki, Większość rozmów rekrutacyjnych przeprowadzamy zdalnie.
