As part of this growth, they are seeking a PMO Analyst to join their Technology & Change function.

The Opportunity
You will work within a central PMO, supporting project governance, reporting, and delivery standards across a range of business and technology initiatives.

This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, portfolio-level reporting, and project delivery frameworks.

This is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and wants to develop their career within PMO, project controls, or programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Governance & Compliance
  • Support adherence to PMO governance standards, controls, and delivery methodologies
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external compliance reviews
  • Perform quality assurance checks across project artefacts
Reporting & Analysis
  • Produce high-quality dashboards, reports, RAID logs, KPIs, and portfolio insights
  • Analyse project data to identify risks, trends, and performance insights
  • Present findings clearly to project managers and senior stakeholders
Planning & Coordination
  • Support project and programme planning activities, including schedules and resource tracking
  • Monitor milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across the portfolio
  • Support change control processes and ensure accuracy of project updates
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with project managers, sponsors, and delivery teams to maintain momentum
  • Provide clear and consistent communication across stakeholders
  • Contribute to governance forums and reporting cycles
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain and audit key project documentation (RAID logs, plans, registers)
  • Support the effective use of PMO tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA or similar)
  • Contribute to improvements across PMO processes, templates, and reporting standards

About You
  • Experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Controls, or similar role within a structured delivery environment
  • Strong experience managing RAID logs, reporting, governance processes, and project controls
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
  • Experience using tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Planview, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work within structured reporting cycles
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders
