About the Role
<p>We are recruiting for a <strong>Registered Veterinary Nurse</strong> to join a well-established, independent small animal practice based in <strong>Cheshire</strong>, with a strong reputation for high-quality first opinion care and an excellent team culture.</p>

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Full-time, <strong>4-day working week</strong>
<li>Salary: <strong>£28,000 – £38,000 depending on experience</strong>
<li>Shared weekend and overnight inpatient rota (<strong>1 in 8</strong>)
<li>Mix of shifts across two well-equipped sites
<li>No routine OOH (external provider in place for emergencies)
</ul>
<p>You’ll be involved in all aspects of general nursing including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Inpatient care and hospital nursing
<li>Theatre work and Schedule 3 procedures
<li>Nurse-led clinics
<li>Supporting a varied and interesting caseload
</ul>
<p><strong>About the Practice</strong></p>
<p>This is a <strong>multi-site independent practice</strong> with a strong clinical team including certificate holders in <strong>Anaesthesia, ECC, and Medicine</strong>, alongside visiting specialists in <strong>orthopaedics, cardiology, imaging, and soft tissue surgery</strong>.</p>

<li>RCVS-accredited hospital site
<li>Purpose-built modern branch practice
<li>Advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment
<li>Dedicated inpatient care provision
</ul>
<p>The nursing team is experienced, supportive, and integral to clinical decision-making, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and development.</p>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a <strong>confident and motivated RVN</strong> who:</p>
<ul>
<li>Is passionate about high standards of patient care
<li>Works well within a collaborative team
<li>Is proactive, organised, and enthusiastic
<li>Enjoys a varied and busy clinical environment
</ul>
<p>Newly qualified RVNs will be considered.</p>
