Your duties and responsibilities will include: Responsibility of working all sections of kitchen including cold, larder, fish, sauce, meat and pass Assisting Head Chef to lead kitchen and team Full engagement and involvement in back office operations All aspects of health & safety In order to be considered, applicants must: Currently be at Sous Chef level within a restaurant or High Quality Dining venue and good understanding of health and safety surrounding this Have a great Kitchen presence and team work ethic Classically trained, happy to follow company recipes Have real passion to deliver an excellent experience About the company Exclusive high end group Dining for high end, reputable, newly opened dining venue in Central London. An intimate and unique concept using very high end provenance of ingredients with a big focus on high quality Meat, but not limited to it.
