The Role
* Lead end-to-end client projects, from briefing and scoping through to analysis and final delivery.
* Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and commercial value at every stage.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and outputs to ensure high-quality, insight-driven deliverables.
* Apply quantitative research expertise to develop brand, comms, and innovation insights.
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment, supporting shared learning and continuous improvement.
* Engage with modern research approaches, including behavioural science and innovative testing methods.
Your Skills & Experience
* Strong commercial experience in quantitative research, particularly within brand and communications.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver actionable insight.
* Experience working in a full-service environment, including project management and analysis.
* Confident communicator with clear written and verbal presentation skills.
* Ability to mentor junior team members and support their development.
* Comfortable working across diverse sectors and adapting approaches to meet client needs.
