<p data-start="263" data-end="426">We are looking for an experienced <strong data-start="297" data-end="320">Workday HCM Analyst</strong> to support the ongoing enhancement and administration of the Workday platform for a leading organisation.</p>
<p data-start="428" data-end="576">This is a remote-first contract role with occasional travel to <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline">London</span> for stakeholder meetings and project workshops.</p>
<h3 data-section-id="t2pyjw" data-start="578" data-end="598">Responsibilities</h3>

<li data-section-id="1typdqe" data-start="671" data-end="727">Manage system changes, testing, and release activities</li>
<li data-section-id="1ae9ghc" data-start="728" data-end="779">Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards</li>
<li data-section-id="12hgx4p" data-start="780" data-end="833">Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support</li>
<li data-section-id="1n1709k" data-start="834" data-end="896">Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders</li>
<li data-section-id="1x3cwwi" data-start="897" data-end="951">Support process improvements and system enhancements</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-section-id="14esvje" data-start="953" data-end="969">Requirements</h3>

<li data-section-id="mg4s7c" data-start="970" data-end="1033">Proven experience as a Workday HCM Analyst or HRIS Consultant</li>
<li data-section-id="1a8icb2" data-start="1034" data-end="1095">Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and reporting</li>
<li data-section-id="xqnvm7" data-start="1096" data-end="1153">Experience with Workday business processes and security</li>
<li data-section-id="12n7h9b" data-start="1154" data-end="1212">Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills</li>
<li data-section-id="2vjd3o" data-start="1213" data-end="1268">Ability to work independently in a remote environment</li>
</ul>
