GVR Solutions is currently working alongside a well established main contractor on a high-end residential fit-out project in West Hampstead, who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Project Details:

• High-end residential development
• 28 luxury apartments
• Fit-out phase commencing within the next 4 weeks
• 14–16 month programme
• Day rate: £350–£400

The Project Manager must have/be:

• Experience on high-end residential projects
• Proficiency in Asta Power Project
• A high level of quality control
• Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements
• Good communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with the client
• Documentation & reporting skills
