About the Role

<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>HVAC Operations Manager</strong> to oversee daily residential and commercial HVAC operations.<br />
This leadership role is responsible for managing field technicians, dispatch coordination, scheduling, service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.<br />
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC operations, team leadership, and process improvement, with the ability to drive performance and support business growth.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<li>Lead and oversee residential and commercial HVAC operations.</li>
<li>Manage service technicians, installers, dispatch personnel, and support staff.</li>
<li>Coordinate scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements.</li>
<li>Ensure timely completion of HVAC installations, maintenance, and service projects.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Develop and implement operational policies and best practices.</li>
<li>Support workforce planning, hiring, training, and performance management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership to drive operational growth and profitability.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.</li>

<h3><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></h3>

<li>Proven experience in HVAC operations management.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li>
<li>Experience managing HVAC installation, service, maintenance, and dispatch functions.</li>

<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Proficiency with scheduling, dispatch, and service management systems.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license preferred.</li>
