Learning Facilitators - SEN Provisions Flexible / Supply Work Across the South WestAre you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning? We are recruiting Learning Facilitators to work on a flexible, supply basis across a range of specialist SEN provisions throughout the South West.This is a highly rewarding role, ideal for individuals who are patient, resilient, and committed to helping students re-engage with education in nurturing and structured environments.About the SettingsYou will be working across a variety of specialist provisions that support pupils with a range of complex additional needs. These settings follow highly structured, trauma-informed, and relationship-led approaches, with a strong focus on consistency, emotional regulation, and positive outcomes.With small class sizes and high staff-to-student ratios, each setting ensures pupils receive personalised support tailored to their individual needs.About the PupilsStudents across these provisions may present with: * Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs * Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) * ADHD and associated behavioural needs * Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) * Trauma backgrounds and disrupted educational experiencesPupils may display behaviours linked to anxiety, dysregulation, or difficulties with attachment and trust.
