SEMH Teacher - Kings Heath - September Start

Aspire People is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEMH Teacher to join a supportive school setting in Kings Heath from September.
The Role


Teaching and supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs


Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons


Managing behaviour positively and creating a nurturing learning environment


Working closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies


Encouraging student progress, confidence, and emotional wellbeing


Requirements


Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching experience


Experience working within SEMH, SEN, or alternative provision settings desirable


Strong behaviour management skills


Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach


Passion for supporting young people with additional needs
