<p>The Role</p>

<li>Work closely with the wider sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.</li>
<li>Accurately track customer interactions, sales opportunities, and market insights to support business growth.</li>
<li>Liaise with production teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.</li>
<li>Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.</li>
<li>Support the smooth day-to-day running of the sales office, contributing to an organised and high-performing environment.</li>

<p>About You</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within manufacturing, construction materials, or a similar B2B environment.</li>
<li>A solid understanding of manufacturing or production-led sales processes is highly advantageous.</li>
<li>Target-driven and motivated by success, with a passion for winning new business and growing existing accounts.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, with the confidence to build rapport and influence customers over the phone and via email.</li>
<li>Able to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.</li>
<li>Flexible and willing to travel between sites when required.</li>
