In partnership with a Family Centered Clinician (FCC) who creates the treatment plan, you’ll bring that plan to life—coaching caregivers, teaching practical skills, and supporting the family’s ability to thrive together. <h2 style="margin-top: 18pt; margin-bottom: 4pt;">What You’ll Do</h2> <ul style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;"> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Provide hands-on, skills-based support to children/youth and caregivers in home, school, and community settings. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Implement the FCC’s treatment plan; reinforce strategies that build daily living, social, and coping skills. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Help families navigate resources and maintain stability—particularly those at risk of separation. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Maintain a target of 25 productivity (billable) hours per week, typically serving 2 families per day. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Participate in weekly supervision to review progress, troubleshoot barriers, and refine strategies. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Document services accurately and on time; communicate regularly with the FCC and care team. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Work a schedule that often includes afternoons and early evenings to meet family needs. </li> </ul> <h2 style="margin-top: 18pt; margin-bottom: 4pt;">“Day in the Life”</h2> <ul style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;"> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Review the FCC’s plan and your visit schedule. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Meet a caregiver after school to practice behavior-support routines. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Coach a teen in the community on communication and problem-solving skills. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Check in with the FCC during supervision to adjust approaches and next steps. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Complete brief, timely documentation before wrapping up the day. </li> </ul> <h2 style="margin-top: 18pt; margin-bottom: 4pt;">Qualifications</h2> <ul style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;"> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Bilingual: Spanish/English—able to conduct all sessions and documentation needs in Spanish and English. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited institution (Bachelor’s preferred). </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Experience: At least 1 year working with children, adolescents, or transition-age youth in a clinical or community setting. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Comfortable working in homes and community settings with a short-term, stabilization focus (typical episode: 9–12 weeks).\ </li> </ul> Come join our amazing team of dedicated and caring professionals.
