<p><strong>Swedish, Norwegian or Danish&nbsp;Speaking Recruitment Consultant - medical devices, life sciences and software engineering sector</strong><br /> <br /> <strong></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Central London - 3 days a week in-office, 2 remote days a week&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Languages Required</strong>: Fluent Swedish, Norwegian or Danish&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p> &nbsp;<br /> <br /> <strong>Company</strong><br /> Our client is a leading international recruitment consultancy specialising in the medical devices, life sciences and software engineering sector, hiring the best industry talent across Europe.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> &nbsp;<br /> <br /> <strong>The Opportunity:</strong><br /> Due to ongoing expansion, they are hiring for either a&nbsp;Swedish, Norwegian or Danish Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join their team. You&rsquo;ll work on recruitment assignments across Europe, primarily in thr Nordic countries, focusing on clients from the medical technology, equipment and related sector.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> &nbsp;<br /> <strong><br /> Key Responsibilities:</strong><br /> <br /> </p> <ul> <li>Developing long term relationships and partnerships with clients</li> <li>Understanding client requirements at both a strategic and tactical level to offer the best business solution</li> <li>Leveraging solutions across all areas of talent management, having responsibility for pitching, winning business and negotiating new contracts</li> <li>Building strong commercial and long-term relationships with clients</li> <li>Work collaboratively with other business areas (marketing/delivery) to leverage opportunity and develop joined-up propositions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Candidate Profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluent in either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience recruiting in&nbsp;medical devices, life sciences and software engineering sector </li> <li>Experience covering international/European markets</li> <li>360 Recruitment experience (agency or internal) in the medical device or diagnostics industry with strong existing relationships</li> <li>Strong search skills: using LinkedIn recruiter, advanced Boolean search, headhunting, lead generation, CV stripping</li> <li>Consistent placements over minimum of a 1 year period</li> <li>Resilient, creative, curious, process driven, and able to build relationships</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong><br /> <br /> Negotiable base salary: &pound;27,000 - &pound;45,000 (negotiable)<br /> Uncapped commission - OTE &pound;50,000 - &pound;100,000<br /> <br /> <br /> To apply, please email your CV directly to Jonathan Grimes.</p>
