<p>An established, design-led architectural studio based in Fordingbridge is seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant or newly qualified Architect to join its growing team. The studio operates within a wider, nationally recognised architectural group and has built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, commercially aware design solutions, with a particular focus on residential projects in this studio. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive environment, contributing across all project stages from concept through to delivery while gaining valuable hands-on experience.</p>

<li data-start="990" data-end="1050">Supporting the design and delivery of residential projects</li>
<li data-start="1053" data-end="1096">Producing drawings and models using Revit</li>
<li data-start="1099" data-end="1160">Assisting with planning applications and technical packages</li>
<li data-start="1163" data-end="1219">Collaborating with senior team members and consultants</li>
<li data-start="1222" data-end="1289">Attending project meetings and contributing to design discussions</li>
<li data-start="1292" data-end="1360">Ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and within deadlines</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1362" data-end="1383"><strong data-start="1362" data-end="1381">Ideal Candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1386" data-end="1458">Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant or newly qualified Architect</li>
<li data-start="1461" data-end="1494">Proficient in Revit (essential)</li>
<li data-start="1497" data-end="1550">Previous experience working on residential projects</li>
<li data-start="1553" data-end="1592">Strong technical and detailing skills</li>
<li data-start="1595" data-end="1646">Good design awareness and communication abilities</li>
<li data-start="1649" data-end="1705" data-is-last-node="">Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li>
