About the Role

<p><strong>Astute Recruitment</strong> are seeking an experienced <strong>Interim Transactional Finance Manager </strong>to join a friendly, supportive team within a rapidly growing company in NG10. This is a key finance leadership role, with direct reports and reporting directly to <strong>senior management</strong>. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and lead the <strong>Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams</strong></li>
<li>Ensure timely processing of all<strong> Accounts Payable</strong> and <strong>Accounts Receivable</strong> transactions and manage tight deadlines</li>
<li>Monitor <strong>Accounts Payable</strong> and <strong>Accounts Receivable</strong> ledgers and reconcile with the <strong>General Ledger (GL)</strong></li>
<li>Implement <strong>process improvements</strong> to increase efficiency and accuracy</li>
<li>Provide <strong>ad-hoc financial analysis and management reporting</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements / About You:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience managing a<strong> finance team</strong></li>
<li>Strong <strong>Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience</strong></li>
<li>Excellent <strong>communication skills</strong> with the ability to interact with all levels of the business</li>
<li>Ability to <strong>work to tight deadlines</strong> and maintain accuracy under pressure</li>
<li>Proactive, organised, and capable of driving <strong>process improvements</strong></li>
