We are looking for a CFO who will go beyond managing finances to actively co-create our company’s business and financial foundations. We seek a highly autonomous individual who can bridge practical business thinking with strong operational engagement. Your scope of responsibility – largely autonomous: - Monthly budgeting and active cash flow management. - Monitoring expenditure compliance with the budget. - Optimization management: R&D tax tax credits, project costs, and budget oversight. - Fundraising: Research and end-to-end management of grants, as well as investor relations. - Automation of financial processes using modern technology. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a CFO or 5 years in a C-level position. - Relevant higher education (Finance, Economics, Accounting). - Fluent English (C1), fluent Polish (C2). - Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Spreadsheets. - A strong orientation in the IT/AI industry (familiarity with Power BI or Python is a significant plus).
