Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Architect to provide strategic direction and architectural oversight for identity and access management solutions. The role involves planning, designing, and implementing IAM systems while ensuring security, availability, and operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally to deliver enhanced solutions, drive automation improvements, and lead complex initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide planning, development, monitoring, and delivery of IAM services. Lead architectural design for new and enhanced IAM solutions. Support design, development, testing, and deployment of IAM projects. Recommend process improvements and automation to increase productivity. Ensure system availability and adherence to best practices. Serve as a multidisciplinary expert in IAM, providing guidance across teams. Execute strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve overall organizational productivity.
