EligibilityFull-time team members are eligible for benefits and effective on the first of the following month. Open enrollment period happens each December and team members can opt in or out of benefits plans during that time. Exceptions to our enrollment period are also made for Qualifying Life Events, which include:
The health care premium cost for team members with a base plan are 100% covered by fusionSpan. Team members may also choose to opt into a lower deductible plan for a buy-up charge. Qualified family members may be added to the health care plan for an additional cost at the team member’s expense. Coverage costs are determined by age.
The following benefits are provided to all team members at no cost.
We celebrate team members who plan to expand their families; whether through birth, adoption, or the foster care process. Parental leave benefits include:
Employed at least one year:
Up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave
Available PTO and short-term disability insurance benefits
Employed at least two years:
4 weeks of paid time during leave
Available PTO and short-term disability insurance benefits
All full-time team members are eligible to accrue a total of 15 days (120 hours) of PTO during the first 12 months of employment. In subsequent years, an additional day (8 hours) of PTO, with a maximum of 20 days (160 hours) are added per year. A maximum of 80 hours of PTO may roll over into the following year.
Volunteer HoursGive back to the community: 8 Hours of Paid Volunteer Time Off per calendar year.
