As a Dual Student in Business Administration, you will combine academic studies at Nordakademie from October 2026 with hands-on experience in our service-oriented, technology-driven maritime business environment. Throughout your studies, you will gain deep insights into operational processes, customer management, and service coordination while contributing directly to our daily operations.

Your academic curriculum will be complemented by practical training focused on:

• Analysis and optimization of operational processes
• Development of business management solutions
• Strengthening communication and collaboration skills
• Practice-oriented service coordination and task management

Your Key Responsibilities

During your practical phases, you will be actively involved in our field service operations and support our team in ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Your tasks will include:

• Communicating with customers, external and internal stakeholders regarding service inquiries, complaint and support requests
• Coordinating multiple service jobs simultaneously and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
• Determining required spare parts and arranging their supply for service attendances
• Ensuring completeness and proper processing of orders and job files in dedicated tools, including invoicing
• Closing service orders once all technical and administrative steps are completed
