About the Role

The Audit Engagement Lead is a critical leadership role within Loop/Data2Logistics, responsible for ensuring an individual audit team is well supported; while ensuring client commitments and KPIs are measured, tracked, and achieved. This position is also responsible for being the voice of audit for the clients that the team is assigned to, representing audit in calls, workshops, and, in rare situations, on-site visits. 


Key Responsibilities 



Audit Performance 

  • Ensure each team member meets any client deliverables requirements
  • Ensure individuals have the knowledge, tools, and direction in order to be successful; coordinating trainings, soliciting feedback on new features or fixing  processes that do not support our vision or are slowing us down
  • Ensure your team keeps up with client-specific documentation to ensure business continuity
  • Monitor audit backlogs, total defect percentage, unutilized claims, and request system activity for the team to ensure alignment with workflow expectations, correcting work behaviors and adding additional support when necessary 
  • Inspire, celebrate, and reward greatness 

Operational Compliance & Accountability

  • Ensure audit staff meet critical commitments: 
    • Maintain aged activity within defined thresholds.
    • Validate and address new request system tickets within 3 business days.
    • Respond to internal and external inquiries within SLA timelines.
  • Support corrective action and continuous improvement tasks 
  • Ensure that each auditor is following our core directive to automate as much as possible 

Training & Development

  • Highlight training concerns and opportunities to management, both individual and overall needs 
  • Take every opportunity to reinforce company direction, best practice, and position requirements to ensure team alignment and focus 
  • Work with any team members that are looking to advance their career by highlighting them to management, aligning relevant training, and finding opportunities for further exposure to the desired position. 

Client Communication

  • When audit participation is truly required, represent your team members on calls, workshops, and, on rare occasions, on-site visits.  


Position Expectations & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Data2Logistics/Loop systems with deep knowledge of audit processes and data outputs.
  • Skills: Strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, process standardization and best practice adaptation. Strong verbal and written communication is required. 
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage performance through KPIs, enforce accountability, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work across global time zones and adapt to evolving priorities. Normal working hours are negotiable, but will require some overlap with US working hours. All qualified employees in all locations are welcome to apply.
