About the Role
<p><strong>Warehouse Operative (FLT & Driving Licence Required)</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Location:</span></strong> Melksham</span></p>
<p><strong>Pay Rate:</span></strong> £12.71 per hour</span></p>
<p><strong>Hours:</span></strong> Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00</span></p>
<p><strong>Contract Type:</span></strong> Temporary to Permanent</span></p>
<p>I have been requested to recruit a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT licence and full UK driving licence to join our client’s busy warehouse team. </span></p>
<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.</span></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.</span></li>
<li><span>Loading and unloading deliveries.</span></li>
<li><span>Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.</span></li>
<li><span>General warehouse duties including stock control and housekeeping.</span></li>
<li><span>Supporting deliveries when required (driving duties may be involved).</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred).</span></li>
<li><span>Full UK driving licence.</span></li>
<li><span>Previous warehouse experience.</span></li>
<li><span>Good attention to detail and strong work ethic.</span></li>
<li><span>Ability to work as part of a team and independently.</span></li>
</ul>
