Controlling Business Partner

• Acting as a sparring partner for the management on commercial matters
• Holistically processing the planning and forecast for the company together with the Managers
• Reporting any information and figures for managing the company to the management and CU Controlling
• Creating deviation analyses and measures for target deployment, and supervising their implementation
• Tracking the target deployment by comparing the targets with the current progress achieved and discussing the KPIs with the management
• Carrying out the CO monthly closing and analyzing the results
• Creating business management analyses
• Creating and commenting on reports and deriving relevant measures
• Preparing the Management Reviews and Board Meetings
• Implementing improvements for controlling
• Assisting with the quarterly and annual financial statements, e.g. evaluating the inventories and any impending losses
• Identifying potential improvements
• Carrying out ad-hoc analyses
• Carrying out special tasks such as creating and presenting business cases
