HepatologistBaylor Scott & WhiteTemple, TX (Waco, TX Rotation) Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a BE/BC Fellowship trained Gastroenterologist with Hepatology interest/experience to join Baylor Scott & White – Temple, TXWe are a tertiary referral center highlighted by nine fellows, 16 GI faculty, 10 APPs, GI Dietician, GI Social Worker, GI Pharmacist, and four dedicated Colorectal Surgeons. Position Highlights<ul><li> We are looking for a Gastroenterologist, with Hepatology focus to help with our growing population of pre and post liver transplant patients as well as non-transplant liver patients.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;">Opportunity to partner with the Department Chair (Michael Volk) and Hepatology Director at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas (Sumeet Asrani) to build a satellite liver transplant program.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;">Board certification in Transplant Hepatology is a plus, but not required</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;">The ideal candidate will be comfortable with teaching and working with fellows and Advanced Practice Professionals. </li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;">Call:1:12. Cover one hospital only.
