Part Time Payroll & Bookkeeping Specialist (Bilingual)

Location: Onsite
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm - Part Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay: $28.00/hour

 

ROLE IMPACT

You'll play a vital role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting daily bookkeeping and administrative operations. Your bilingual communication skills and attention to detail will help provide exceptional support to a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Assist with bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and operations teams
• Respond to payroll-related questions from employees in both English and Spanish
• Maintain employee payroll records and documentation
• Support payroll system updates and process improvements as needed
• Collaborate with leadership on administrative projects and operational support

 

REQUIREMENTS – MUST HAVE’S

• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must have 2 years recent payroll processing experience
• Must have 2 years bookkeeping experience preferred
• Must have 1 year recent experience using ADP
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable learning new technology and interested in AI-driven business tools
