This is a true physician leadership role—not a shift-based lead position.
The Medical Director will:
Provide clinical hospitalist coverage
Lead and manage the hospitalist team
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and program operations
Drive quality metrics and performance initiatives
Collaborate with hospital leadership and service lines
Support program growth and strategic initiatives
This role requires both clinical excellence and leadership capability.

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified Internal Medicine (required)
Active Florida State License
DEA required
Experience:
Prior Hospitalist experience required
Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
