The Medical Director will: Provide clinical hospitalist coverage Lead and manage the hospitalist team Oversee scheduling, staffing, and program operations Drive quality metrics and performance initiatives Collaborate with hospital leadership and service lines Support program growth and strategic initiatives This role requires both clinical excellence and leadership capability.
