About you
Proven background in construction, ideally progressing from a trade discipline
Hands-on experience in groundworks, civils, and new-build projects
Strong track record in project delivery outside of fit-out roles
Confident in operating within live environments with strict health & safety standards
Proactive, practical approach with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage programmes, trades, and subcontractors efficiently
Effective communicator with strong organisational skills
Holds SSSTS or SMSTS certification and willing to travel across Northern Ireland
What you'll do
Take ownership of daily site operations, managing groundworks, civils, and new build activities
Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship
Coordinate project sequencing and drive progress to meet deadlines
Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor productivity, site quality, and overall efficiency from start to finish
