About you
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive financial leadership experience, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector
Proven track record in developing and executing income generation strategies
At least 5 years' senior leadership experience in a similar environment
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing diverse audiences
Knowledgeable in legal due diligence, risk management, and contract administration
Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and collaborative leadership approach
What you'll do
Lead and inspire the senior management team, ensuring alignment with organisational values and mission
Oversee financial strategy, including budgeting, compliance, and long-term sustainability planning
Develop and oversee income diversification initiatives, supporting social enterprise activities and income growth
Drive digital transformation projects, enhancing operational efficiency and supporter engagement
Manage corporate services including IT, Facilities, and Administration, ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainability
Represent the organisation at sector forums and strategic partnerships, advocating for social impact and organisational excellence
