About the Role

Looking to join a friendly, supportive team where no two days are the same?<br><br>Due to continued business growth, our client, an established and continuously expanding manufacturer based in Petersfield, is looking to recruit an <strong>Office & Logistics Administrator</strong> to join their busy operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-respected business that values teamwork, offers a varied workload, and provides a supportive working environment.<br><br>Working closely with multiple departments, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, whilst coordinating with warehouses, couriers and internal teams to keep products moving smoothly from dispatch through to delivery.<br><br><strong>The Role</strong><br><ul><li>Processing customer orders accurately through internal systems.</li><ul><li>Managing courier bookings and manually processing shipments via courier portals.</li><li>Updating tracking information and dispatch confirmations.</li><li>Liaising with couriers regarding deliveries, queries and service issues.</li><li>Obtaining courier quotations for specialist or international shipments.</li><li>Working closely with the Sales, Customer Service and IT teams to resolve order queries.</li><li>Supporting UK warehouse operations, including courier labels, collections and order queries.</li><li>Assisting with stock transfers and updating warehouse stock locations.</li><li>Monitoring outstanding customer and trade orders to ensure timely completion.</li></ul></ul><br><strong>About You</strong><br><ul><li>Previous experience within an administrative, logistics or operations support role.</li><ul><li>Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Confident IT skills and experience using internal systems.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments.</li><li>The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work proactively.</li></ul></ul><br><strong>What's on Offer?</strong><br><ul><li>Salary of £27,000 - £28,000+ DOE</li><ul><li>Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am - 5:00pm)</li><li>Friendly, supportive and welcoming team environment</li><li>Long-term opportunity within a growing business</li></ul></ul><br>If you're looking to join a successful and expanding company where your organisational skills can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
