Here's how a(n) Nas Production Coordinator for our Nassal office contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
Reviews work order documents for the respective department(s) to understand scope of work to be performed.
Reviews the scope to be performed with the respective department head(s) to ensure an understanding of the scope and to validate the budget provided and the timeline requested for completion.
Drafts relevant subcontract documents and purchase order agreements for vendors.
Creates and maintains the list of deliverables within the Inventory Management software system and provide tags to the respective foremen.
Provides the department head(s) with a sequenced two-week lookahead for all active work orders in their respective department(s).
Determines trackable production units for the specific scope of work to be performed
Transmits scope related questions requiring clarification to the project teams via RFI’s.
Transmits proposed redlines to the design department through the project team.
Organizes and disseminates respective closeout documentation at the end of a project to the project teams and document for historical reference.
Identifies potential risks on project scopes and/or the project.
Qualifications
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize own work.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
Working knowledge of fabrication drawings and specifications, project health, safety and environment (HSE), quality, and required standards as per discipline.
Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic understanding of project schedules and ability to identify the critical path.
Awareness of cost and change management.
Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
