Our client is shaping the future of mobility and driving forward one of the most significant railway infrastructure projects in Germany. Become part of the team and play a key role in making the new Stuttgart Central Station a reality. Your responsibilities will include: managing and coordinating the planners, inspectors, and general contractor involved in the project during the approval process; ensuring quality, schedule, and cost certainty for service phases 5 to 9; independently identifying and managing interfaces with related trades within a motivated team; supporting subcontractors with project parameters and providing all necessary documentation for construction; preparing correspondence and engaging in technical exchange with approval authorities and testing bodies; and overseeing the turnkey planning and execution phases in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project management and building construction, ideally in large-scale projects and in service phases 5 to 9.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German, both written and spoken.
- A keen eye for detail, high design standards, and complex issues
- High sense of responsibility, structured work style and strong teamwork skills
- Experience within the DB Group is an advantage.
