The organisation provides whole-of-market, bespoke mortgage advice, supporting a broad range of client requirements including residential purchases, remortgages, first-time buyers, buy-to-let lending, houses in multiple occupation (HMO) and holiday or investment properties. Advisers are therefore able to work with diverse client scenarios while delivering solutions tailored to individual circumstances.
Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, the role offers access to warm, qualified leads, allowing advisers to focus on developing relationships and delivering tailored solutions to clients. The Role
- Working from warm leads as well as outbound calling prospective clients to secure appointments
- Understanding and interpreting client needs to recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions
- Attending client meetings to gather detailed requirements and provide professional guidance
- Liaising with lenders and insurers to negotiate the most suitable terms for clients
- Presenting tailored quotations and securing new business opportunities
- Delivering outstanding service throughout the entire client journey
The Successful candidate will have
- Experience within a sales-focused role
- Previous customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Drive, determination and a genuine hunger to succeed
- Strong relationship-building skills and a client-focused approach
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
