<p>Qualifications or Required Experience:<br />
•Ideally qualified to degree level<br />
•Significant experience operating at a senior level delivering contract services<br />
•Excellent commercial and financial acumen<br />
•Experience of performance related contracts and management systems<br />
•PC literate and knowledge of the MS suite i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc<br />
•Good Knowledge and experience of Business Assurance systems<br />
•Good presentation , influencing and motivation skills, with experience of managing a team<br />
•Awareness of soft services<br />
•Experience of working in a production environment<br />
Competencies</p>
<p>General Overview:<br />
The Account Director will be responsible for all contractual obligations, establish effective client relations and continuously improve customer service as well as develop potential business growth.<br />
Company is responsible for delivering hard and soft services across the portfolio. The main site is in High Wycombe and some staff based in Aylesbury.<br />
The contract revenue is between £4 and 6M pa with an expected return in margin of 7%.</p>
<p>The Account Director will be expected to identify and exploit opportunities to grow the contracts, utilising functional support and other operational teams where appropriate.<br />
Delivery:<br />
Work with the Sector Director to develop specific objectives in line with business plan<br />
Develop specific objectives and business plans in line with contract growth plan<br />
Develop plans to improve direct delivery of services<br />
Assist creating an expanded bespoke self delivery model of FM Services<br />
Assist in developing Project Services<br />
•Assist in developing Energy Services<br />
•Deliver and communicate account specific performance objectives and contribute to company objectives by meeting own performance objectives.</p>
<p>Operational Responsibilities<br />
•Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across all the functions, Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ)<br />
•Monitor, review and demonstrate a process of continuous improvements to H&S and Environmental practices<br />
•Monitor, review and demonstrate a process of continuous improvements across all service lines. Driving efficiencies and best in class services.</p>
<p>•Ensure staff are trained and equipped to directly deliver a greater range of services<br />
•Provide accurate and punctual monthly reports<br />
•Monitor and co-ordinate resources effectively to achieve the agreed performance KPI’s & SLA’s<br />
•Awareness of the potential risks and opportunities arising within the account<br />
•Lead the account management team<br />
•Liaise with the customer at all levels<br />
•Conduct building audits and develop improvement plans as may be necessary<br />
•Develop Business Continuity Plan in conjunction with the customer<br />
•Develop and review risk register.</p>

•Agree, monitor and control SLA’s and performance measures for designated service lines<br />
