In addition to a complete resume in tabular form, please include current work and university and/or training certificates and also mention when you can start with us and what salary expectations you have. Review of the documents After reviewing your written documents, we may invite you to an interview. In a first short 30-minute online interview, we can clarify initial questions and get to know each other. If all works well and we are both interested in getting to know each other better, you will have a second personal interview with a member of the HR department and the head of the specific department. Therefore, we will invite you to our headquarters. There, you will also have the opportunity to get to know some colleagues who are working in the team that you will maybe joining. If we invite you to an interview, you have already cleared the first hurdle.
