Bear Development, is currently involved in an urban development project – the Iron District, where a longstanding mural, “People Helping People,” is located. The company is dedicated to preserving the mural, understanding the importance of community heritage in the midst of urban development. Bear Development’s CEO, S.R. Mills, confirmed the company’s intention of avoiding demolition of the mural, instead seeking suitable relocation options within Milwaukee.
