HR Manager. £40k - £52k+ (Neg / DOE) + Bonus.

A new role due to the growth of this well-established business in a dynamic and friendly environment - we are looking for an HR Manager with strong generalist experience. A key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the HR strategy and function. Key areas of focus will include: recognising our internal talent and helping them develop professionally; recruitment and retention; training programmes; ensuring that HR policies and procedures comply with UK employment regulation, GDPR etc.
Ideally you will have relevant qualifications (CIPD), excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong IT proficiency and we will also provide training on new systems.
