Pay: $1,785.60 per week

Shifts: Friday-Monday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Perform SBIRT/Substance assessments
• Adapt to various unit assignments as needed

Requirements of the Travel Social Worker

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Social Worker, preferably in an acute care setting
• Active CO licensure
• Experience in discharge planning and ED settings is advantageous
• Knowledge of palliative care and behavioral health with substance use assessments is preferred
