Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied workload within the commercial property sector
- Conducting site visits and property-related assessments
- Preparing professional documentation and reports
- Liaising with clients and maintaining strong working relationships
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day surveying activities
- Ensuring work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a similar Commercial Property Surveyor role
- MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years PQE
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to use initiative and work independently
- A positive and proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
