The Sales team operates at pace, and this role sits at the heart of that function.The RoleThis is a pivotal support role within a busy Sales team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate management of sales data, documentation, and reporting - underpinned by a strong secondary function providing PA support to the Sales Director.The role is circa 70% Sales Administration and 30% PA support. We're looking for someone who has strong experience in a sales admin or data heavy administrative role, is confident working with large datasets and multiple systems, takes real ownership of accuracy, and can work independently to a consistently high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Administration - Primary Focus (c.70%)Accurately input and maintain all sales data within the in-house CRM systemGenerate letters, reports, and documentation directly from system dataEnsure all data is 100% accurate and fully verified before use or distributionMaintain plot trackers, pricing schedules, and reservation data across live developmentsProduce weekly and monthly sales reports using ExcelProcess HR-related administration (holiday, sickness, rota) and support team on boardingLiaise with site sales teams to collect and verify accurate informationIdentify and resolve discrepancies in data, pricing, and plot statusMonitor and manage the shared inbox, responding to internal and external enquiriesProcess cancellations and refundsInvoice checks and approvals - log and track all financial actions ensuring compliancePA Support to Sales Director - Secondary Focus (c.30%)Manage diary, meetings, and scheduling for the Sales DirectorPrepare reports, presentations, and briefing materialsCoordinate internal communications on behalf of the Sales DirectorHandle complaints and escalations professionally and efficientlyManage document approvals (DocuSign), invoices, and expenses for the sales teamSkills & ExperienceEssentialDemonstrable experience in a Sales Administration or data heavy administrative roleConfident working with large datasets and multiple systems simultaneouslyAdvanced Excel skills with a methodical, accurate approach to dataTakes genuine ownership of accuracy and able to work independently without close supervisionStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workloadConfident communicator, comfortable liaising across multiple departments and teamsDesirablePrevious experience within house building, new homes, or property salesExperience using a CRM or property sales management systemExperience generating reports and documentation directly from system dataPersonal AttributesHighly methodical with a detail-driven, process-oriented approachTakes genuine ownership and accountability for accuracyProactive, self-sufficient, and able to work independently with confidenceCalm and reliable under pressure in a fast-paced environmentPackage & BenefitsSalary: £36,000 per annumHours: 9:00-5:30, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week, one hour for lunch)Holiday: 25 days in year one, rising to 26 days in year two and 27 days in year three, plus bank holidays - please note that three days each year are reserved for the Christmas periodHybrid working: Up to 1-2 days working from home per week following successful completion of probation; during the probationary and on boarding period, the expectation is to be in the office full time for training purposes. Please note this is a discretionary arrangement and not a contractual entitlementPension: Enrolled into the company pension scheme from month threePrivate medical: On passing probation (three months), employees are invited to join the company medical scheme, with membership paid for by the employer
