About the Role
<h3><strong>Head Registered Veterinary Nurse (HRVN) – Independent Practice, South West London | £40,000–£45,000</strong></h3>
<p>Join a thriving, independently owned small animal practice in South West London, led by experienced Veterinary Surgeons and continuing to grow rapidly.</p>
<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a <strong>Head RVN role</strong> within a modern, multi-floor clinic – including a <strong>dedicated cat-only clinic</strong> alongside separate dog and exotics facilities.</p>
<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>40 hours per week (4 or 5 days)</p>
<li>
<p>Blend of clinical work and leadership responsibilities</p>
<li>
<p>Supporting and developing a growing nursing team</p>
<li>
<p>Working across both dog and cat clinics</p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Overseeing inpatient care and surgical nursing</p>
<li>
<p>Leading day-to-day nursing operations</p>
<li>
<p>Mentoring and supporting junior team members</p>
<li>
<p>Hands-on clinical duties including consults and lab work</p>
