<p><b>Warehouse Operative – Container Unloading</b></p> <p>We are seeking reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join our busy team in Stanford-le-Hope. This is a physically active, hands-on position involving manual container unloading within a fast-paced warehouse environment. It’s an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a supportive team.</p> <p><b>Available Shifts</b></p> <ul> <li><b>Day Shift:</b> Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM</li> <li><b>Afternoon Shift:</b> Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM</li> </ul> <p>Please indicate your preferred shift when applying.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Manually unload goods from containers using basic equipment</li> <li>Sort, stack, and palletise items safely and accurately</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organised work area</li> <li>Adhere to all on-site health and safety procedures</li> <li>Work collaboratively to meet daily unloading targets</li> </ul> <p><b>Requirements</b></p> <ul> <li>Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting</li> <li>Previous warehouse or container unloading experience is an advantage (not essential)</li> <li>Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time hours</li> <li>Safety boots and a high-visibility vest are required</li> <li>Must be available for one of the full-time shift patterns listed above</li> </ul> <p><b>What We Offer</b></p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay rate of <b>£12.21 per hour</b></li> <li>Weekly pay (when working through an agency)</li> <li>Supportive and friendly team environment</li> <li>Ongoing work with potential for long-term or permanent employment</li> </ul>
