The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for handling first and second level support of service requests/incidents in a professional and timely manner.  ACCOUNT MANAGER The Account Manager meets with clients and prospects extensively and can maneuver in a highly technical environment conducting virtual and face-to-face presentations flawlessly and with ease.  SECURITY ENGINEER The IT Security Engineer is responsible for planning, testing, implementing, and maintaining security tools and solutions across a variety of on-premise and cloud environments.
