<p><strong>Housing Reviews Officer needed in Slough Paying  £27.27 per hr ref OR106496</strong></p> <p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Conduct statutory and non-statutory reviews of housing decisions in accordance with housing legislation and guidance.</strong></li> <li><strong>Investigate cases thoroughly, considering all relevant evidence and representations.</strong></li> <li><strong>Prepare clear, detailed, and legally robust review decisions.</strong></li> <li><strong>Ensure compliance with the Housing Act, Homelessness Reduction Act, and associated legislation.</strong></li> <li><strong>Liaise with applicants, advocates, solicitors, and partner agencies throughout the review process.</strong></li> <li><strong>Maintain accurate case records and produce reports as required.</strong></li> <li><strong>Identify service improvements and contribute to policy development.</strong></li> <li><strong>Represent the council or organisation in meetings and hearings where required.</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to verity@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number. </p> <p>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
