Duties/Responsibilities Perform accounting duties such as journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and account analysis Research and resolve customer and department queries with attention to improving and streamlining revenue-related operations Lead worldwide accounts receivable team through a fast-paced, accelerated close cycle while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and operational effectiveness Education and Experience BA degree in Accounting or other Finance related field 3 to 5 years of related experience including time in a supervisory or management role Our Hiring Process is “Easy with eGain” Step 1 Written test Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less) Functional section – this is a take-home test Step 2 Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office) Next step Email your resumé to hiring@egain.com with the position title “Accounts Receivable Supervisor” in the email subject.
