<h3>Veterinary Surgeon / Lead Vet – Kent</h3>

<h4>The Role</h4>
<p>This <strong>Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon</strong> position offers a varied caseload with the opportunity to develop clinical interests while working within an experienced and collaborative team.</p>
<ul>

<p>Full-time or part-time, permanent position</p>
<li>
<p>Full-time hours: 40 hours per week across 4 days</p>
<li>
<p>Shifts: 08:30 – 18:30</p>
<li>
<p>1 in 5 Saturdays (08:30 – 16:30)</p>
<li>
<p>Flexible working patterns considered</p>
<li>
<p>Mix of consults, surgical duties, and some sole charge</p>
<li>
<p>Opportunity to work up cases fully with clinical freedom</p>
<li>
<p>Option to spend one day per week at a hospital site for exposure to more complex cases</p>
<li>
<p>No overnight inpatient care responsibilities (supported by dedicated OOH provider)</p>
</ul>
<p>You can choose which branch to work at and add in days at other branches/their hospital site if desired – with access to a central hospital environment, allowing exposure to both first-opinion and more advanced cases.</p>
<h4>About You</h4>
<p>The ideal candidate will be a confident and motivated Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys teamwork and delivering high standards of patient and client care.</p>

<p>RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon</p>

<p>Confident with routine consults and surgeries</p>
<li>
<p>Comfortable with occasional sole charge</p>
<li>
<p>Strong communication and teamwork skills</p>
<li>
<p>Interest in career progression or leadership (for Lead Vet applicants) welcomed</p>

Each branch is fully equipped to allow vets to work up cases to a high clinical standard while benefiting from wider team expertise.</p>
