We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Origination to join an international Infrastructure firm. As the Director of Origination, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients in Europe. 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Energy/Infrastructure industry

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Lead a team of professionals in the origination process

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in the Energy/Infrastructure industry
• Proven track record of successful business development and origination
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of market trends and industry regulations
