About the Role
This position plays a key role in guiding maintenance technology, reliability engineering, and supporting maintenance systems within technical projects. You will ensure that new equipment and systems meet reliability expectations, comply with industry standards, and operate at optimal life cycle cost. The role bridges engineering, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth project execution and long-term equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Advise project teams on maintenance strategies and requirements
- Define maintenance specifications and validate deliverables at project handover
- Provide expertise on RAM principles during design stages
- Safeguard technical requirements during detailed engineering
- Organize and conduct GxP and EHS assessments to determine equipment criticality
- Develop maintenance concepts based on risk analyses
- Prepare maintenance plans, cost estimates, and spare-parts requirements
- Link equipment performance with production process results
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Maintenance Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering
- Knowledge of GxP and EHS guidelines
- Experience with SAP PM
- Strong Dutch and English communication skills, verbal and written
- Skilled in preparing reports and improvement plans
- Extensive experience with maintenance technologies
- Strong communication skills on strategic, tactical, and operational levels
- Proactive, structured, and able to organize and guide project work
- Strong collaborator who promotes alignment to achieve project deliverables
